My philosophy is: as the face gets worse, the clothes have to get better.
Another Hard Loss…..
The Colts lost a very important game yesterday. It was all falling into place. The patriots lost to the browns and this season is a virtual crap-shoot! There was an absurd amount of fouls called on both sides and Austin Collie looked like he died. The Colts just could not get it going. The game is better this year than last, but still sucks! We have 13 hurt players and its not getting ANY better.
We have to stay TRUE. PASS THE BALL MORE ———AND CATCH IT!
MANNING IS THE BEST AND IF THE RECEIVERS CAN’T CATCH THE BALL, GET NEW ONES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Current Readings…………………
The Foundation Series is a science fiction series by Isaac Asimov which covers a span of about 550 years. It consists of seven volumes that are closely linked to each other, although they can be read separately. The term “Foundation Series” is often used more generally to include the Robot Series and Empire Series, which are set in the same fictional universe, but in earlier time periods. In total, there are fifteen novels and dozens of short stories written by Asimov, and six novels written by other authors after his death, expanding the time spanned by more than twenty thousand years. The series is highly acclaimed, winning the one-time Hugo Award for “Best All-Time Series” in 1966.[1]
The premise of the series is that mathematician Hari Seldon spent his life developing a branch of mathematics known as psychohistory, a concept of mathematical sociology (analogous to mathematical physics) devised by Asimov and his editor John W. Campbell. Using the law of mass action, it can predict the future, but only on a large scale; it is error-prone on a small scale. It works on the principle that the behaviour of a mass of people is predictable if the quantity of this mass is very large (equal to the population of the galaxy, which has a population of quadrillions of humans, inhabiting millions of star systems). The larger the number, the more predictable is the future.
Using these techniques, Seldon foresees the imminent fall of the Galactic Empire, which encompasses the entire Milky Way, and a dark age lasting thirty thousand years before a second great empire arises. To shorten the period of barbarism, he creates two Foundations, small, secluded havens of all human knowledge, at “opposite ends of the galaxy”.
The focus of the trilogy is on the First Foundation, that of the planet Terminus, in the extreme periphery of the galaxy. The people living there are working on an all-encompassing Encyclopedia, and are unaware of Seldon’s real intentions (for if they were, the variables would become too uncontrolled). The Encyclopedia serves to preserve knowledge of the physical sciences after the collapse.

Paying Attention
I like the fact that most people take me for granted. They are so un-assuming that I am there and that I notice everything. The little comments that they make that they think I miss or the fact that they think I do not know what is going on makes me realize how simple minds actually work.
Some of the people I work with really think that they are just above all and that no one understands anything. I also love how new associates come in and think their was is better…HA! This new generation is filled with underachieving idiots that think they know better. For the most part they don;t and probably never will. Just a bunch of idiots.
I practicly do what I want, as we all should. I do it however in a manner that keeps people around me happy. I do everything and more that my wife wants. I cover every favor for every friend and I do every single thing I can to make my bosses happy. I DO IT ALL!
But what most people around me need to do, listen. Focus on the details. Earn and THEN command respect. Go out of your way to make someone happy and most of all PAY ATTENTION!
One of the funniest shows! Makes me laugh every time, no matter how many times I’ve seen it.
INDIANAPOLIS — Donald Brown’s status remains uncertain for Sunday.
That makes his a fairly typical situation in the Indianapolis Colts’ running back rotation, which is decidedly uncertain four days before Sunday’s road game against the Washington…
Just heard…
An interesting stat on ESPN Radio’s Mike and Mike in the Morning show. Only the Broncos (Orton), Colts (Manning), Chargers (Rivers), and Cowboys (Romo) have quarterbacks averaging over 300 yards passing so far this season. These team’s combined record is 8-11!
Probably my favorite movie.

Wristcutters : A Love Story
Despondent over his breakup with Desiree, Zia slashes his wrists and goes to an afterlife peopled by suicides, a high-desert landscape dotted by old tires, burned-out cars, and abandoned sofas. He gets a job in a pizza joint. By chance, Zia learns that Desiree offed herself a few months after he did, and she’s looking for him. He sets off with Eugene (an electrocuted Russian rocker) to find her, and they pick up a hitchhiker, Mikal, who’s looking for the People in Charge, believing she’s there by mistake. They’re soon at the camp of Kneller, where casual miracles proliferate. They hear rumors of a miraculous king. Can Zia find Desiree? Then what? Where there’s death there’s hope.

BEER!

I love it in almost all varieties. I am a snob only by choice. Yuengling is the clear front-runner for favorite, but Sam Adams Octoberfest rules the roost for about 2 months of the year!
